Came to my moms house @mammapaolag today to have a #LowCarbCheatDay … we made Keto friendly pizza and chocolate chip cookies (lots of recipes online ) …I eat very clean Keto during the week , and now since I’m doing less “real” cheat meals with sugar and grains, these #sugarfree #grainfree #ketofriendly treats are delicious and satisfying for my “cheat meal” while not throwing me totally off my game, aka I don’t feel like complete shit after eating them and I’m not inflamed. You know how good my mom cooks so you know she skilled these, (with the help and recommendations of the #ketoguido of course 😏)
