The combination of the 4 cardio and core movements will get the blood-flowing for added results at the end of your workout. According to Andy Speer, creator of The Anarchy Abs Workout for Men’s Health, these are the prime benefits of each movement:
The snatches work total body power, increase your heart rate, and shed fat.
Handstand straddle taps keep that heart pumping and work your abs.
The hollow-body hold strengthens your core with the added challenge of increased heart rate from the previous two exercises.

Directions: Perform the exercises below in the order listed with 30 seconds of work for each move and 10 seconds of rest between moves.
