Victoria Pang, a student, shares what it took to sculpt her six-pack.
Height: 1.65m Weight: 50kg
Exercise regimen: I aim to exercise four times a week. The range of workouts I do includes HIIT (high-intensity interval training), weightlifting and yoga. I try to keep my workouts short and effective so they usually last for 30 minutes, one hour each session. I exercise with targets in mind as they help to keep me motivated.
Diet: I don’t follow any strict diet or abstain from any food in particular because I believe in adhering to a sustainable diet. I eat whatever I want but in moderation and occasionally indulge in my favourite dishes. At the same time, I try to consume enough protein so that my muscles can recover quickly.
