Lee Hsiao Ning, a financial executive, shares how push ups and sit ups at home keep her fit and strong!
Height: 1.64m Weight: 48kg
Exercise regimen: For my cardio workout, I do muay thai once a week. It is about 11/2 hours per session. I jog, skateboard and do pull-ups at the neighbourhood park occasionally. Also, I do push-ups and sit-ups at home before or after work whenever I have the time.
Diet: I do not have a strict diet, but I try to have a balanced one. I like pasta, rice and steak but I balance them with a lot of vegetables like spinach. Fortunately for me, I do not have a sweet tooth and do not like desserts. I also drink a lot of plain water and cut down on sweet gassy drinks.
