Exercise regimen: I train four to five times a week, focusing mainly on calisthenics (body weight) movements – twice a week for all muscle groups, and two to three times a week for a specific muscle group e.g. chest, back and legs. Exercises include pull-ups, push-ups and squats, with four sets of repetitions.
Diet: For breakfast, I usually have a sweet potato and three eggs with a cup of green tea. Lunch is a bowl of brown rice with chicken breast meat and broccoli, and dinner is pasta with a serving of red or white meat with vegetables.
