Exercise regimen: I work out two to three times a day, short workouts of 15-20 minutes. I usually do whatever I feel like: yoga, martial arts, calisthenics, running and climbing trees; just moving my body constantly. I also teach three to four classes a day of yoga, muay thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Diet: I do intermittent fasting. So I have nothing but water for most of my day. I eat during a four-hour window – usually carbs and vegetables, lots of fruit too.
