    Like many girls, I always wanted to be lean, and tried different weight loss products and followed stupid diet plans since young. But I worked as a food reviewer so these methods didn’t work well for me.

    When I started weight training, this was where the magic happened. I got leaner, stronger and I can eat more even without any cardio!

    Yes. Most questions are related to diet and supplements. I usually recommended a high protein, moderate carb diet and low fat diet for most people. The most important supplement for me is whey protein and creatine.

    It would be legs. Most people have a love-hate relationship with leg day, and for good reason: It’s tough to work the largest muscle group in your body. Training legs means sweat, soreness, burn and of course a cheat day or a high carb day!

    I choose a diet and training plan that fits my lifestyle. I usually train hard, but sometimes I skip my workout for yoga because I am too lazy. I usually drink casein before sleep, but sometimes I drink wine to end a long day.

    The key to staying motivated for me is to find the right balance between work, life and training. And I always remember to reward myself with wine and food.

    Don’t aim for perfection. Don’t go for an extreme diet that you cannot handle and won’t last for long. Choose a diet and training plan that fits your lifestyle. Consistency is key.
