    I was always an active kid I played lots of sports since I was a young kid, and all the way throughout my school days.

    However, I only started seriously training and lifting weights after NS.

    Initially, I just wanted to put on a little muscle mass, but one thing led to another and I realised that I really enjoyed it. Now, fitness has become part of my lifestyle and I can’t go a day without hitting the gym or getting some form of exercise.

    I don’t exactly control my diet, so I eat anything and everything! The only thing I aim for is to get at least 150g of protein in my diet on a daily basis.

    I think life is meant to be enjoyed and it wouldn’t make sense if you’re restricting your diet every single day. Instead, make healthy food choices when you’re eating out.

    Make fitness and exercise a priority, and make time for it in your daily schedule. If you foresee yourself working late, plan to do your workout early in the morning instead. Do it for 21 days straight, and it will become a habit – soon you will realise that you do not even need an alarm anymore, and exercising before work becomes a norm! Getting fit will come naturally thereafter.
