Exercise regimen: I train on weights and machines at the gym at least once a week, and I do cardio exercises such as swimming and jogging for half an hour, twice a week. I don’t play any sports unless my friends ask me to, but I am competitive when I do play. Instead, I run half-marathons once or twice a year.
Diet: I do not keep a strict or regimented diet. I eat the usual Singaporean food, but I ask for less noodles and rice for my meals. Three days a week, I have salads for lunch. I am a foodie, so I eat just about any food. However, my favourite food is still minced meat noodles with additional mushrooms.
