Exercise regimen: I work out about four times a week, focusing on different major muscle groups each day and doing primarily compound workouts.
Diet: I eat everything in moderation. Eating more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff. If there is a competition or photo shoot coming up, I generally avoid processed and junk food, sugary food, fried food and fast food.
