If a fountain of youth exists, Aaron Kwok seems to have found it. One of the Four Heavenly Kings along with Andy Lau, Jacky Cheung and Leon Lai, the megastar turns 53 today, but he doesn’t look a day over 30.
Ever since he started his career, the actor/singer has managed to maintain his boyish and youthful looks, while maintaining a body that men at any age would be envious of. His commitment to staying fit and leading a healthy lifestyle is evident from being the spokesman for the gym, PHYSICAL Fitness & Beauty, for over 15 years.
He attributes his health and fitness to one simple thing: consistency. It goes without saying that his regular healthy lifestyle and exercise over the years is what helped him attain and maintain the body he has today.
“I have high expectations of myself,” Aaron told On.CC. He adds that since he began training over 20 years ago, he has never been lazy and working out has become his passion and a part of his lifestyle.
