It should not matter, as long as you do not exceed your required calorie intake for the day. That said, try to space out your meals as best as you can. For instance, if you’re supposed to eat 1,800kcal a day, you can break it up into three 600kcal meals or three 500kcal meals and one 300kcal snack. It may seem counterintuitive, but it is actually better to meet your energy requirements with a late night meal instead of skipping it. Doing so would encourage you to overeat the next day.
