Target Heart Rate Calculator


Monitor your fitness level by keeping track of your target heart rate. You can do this by locating the radial artery at the side of your wrists, count the beats for 10 seconds then multiply by six. Ideally you should stay within 50 to 85 per cent of your Maximum Heart Rate.
