You have a nice blog. Acne affects more than just your skin. It can affect your entire life in very personal ways. Try to avoid spicy food and keep your diet perfect. This will help you to reduce this problem. Thanks

Alex, you amaze me with some of the things you blog about! Loving this razor blade post prior to levanig the uk I bought my first three piece razor. After trying several different blades I opted for a brand called derby' which I really enjoy using.I'd love to have the chance to buy/use knock out' blades you got pictured above! Like you say though, so much more effort went on in the past I blame Mach turbo four blade plastic throwaway rubbish!Great post and piccys!

Please do not use a different brand cnniitdooer. People with hair loss problem should use the massage cream to replace cnniitdooer. How? The scalp massage cream is similar to a cnniitdooer in texture but just thicker and more creamy. You cannot massage your scalp without having the cream touching your hair. Therefore your hair will automatically be moisturised and conditioned at the same time. Easy and efficient! You have to experience yourself to believe.1) use the shampoo alone for a couple times first. Do not use the massage cream or any cnniitdooer yet. This is to see the result of the shampoo more clearly. After 2-3 times of using this shampoo, you will notice the improvement. Your hair roots are strengthened and hair doesn't seem to fall out as before. You don't lose much hair when shampooing. I still recommend you use a leave-in treatment (but not too much) rather than cnniitdooer if your hair is very dry.2) Once you see improvement from the shampoo, start applying the scalp massage cream 1 -2 times a week. I tell you why I like it so much. I know that washing hair with hot water that is too hot will worsen hair loss problem. I was advised to wash my hair with just warm water because of my thinning hair problem. However, I like hot hot water. With this ginger massage cream, I can enjoy hot hot water!. Do you know ginger drink has to be very hot to be effective according to Asian herbal philosophy? I don't much in this area, just the basic I guess that is the logic behind why I can enjoy hot hot water with ginger shampoo and ginger massage cream without worries. You are always welcome to ask questions here!By the way, shampoo is out of stock again. I will not have new stock until later next week, so check with me before placing order.

I have been using Selsun on and off for many years now. I suffer from very mild skin irtiration which manifests occasionally on my scalp. Nothinng serious but annoying and virtually impossible to shift with the usual over the counter medicated shampoos. One or occasionally two applications of Selsun can be relied on to do the trick and the problem can be forgotten about for a month or two. The downside, as some have noted is that it smells bad. I mean *really* bad! You get used to it and it rinses out well enough (although I suspect that it probably lingers faintly for a day or two) but if you work in close contact with others, you may want to choose your hairwash day carefully, especially if you have a date or romantic dinner planned! I remember once that I Selsuned my hair in the bath and my whole body got a mild dose. Cue frequent, sulphurous gusts from beneath the sheets when I went to bed that night! Just saying! I've just checked on Netdoctor and was both pleased and surprised to discover that it is largely harmless ( surprised' because something that whiffs this bad can't be good for you, surely?). There seem to be a few mild side effects including hair loss or discolouration, irtiration, and sensitisation or allergic reaction, but the warnings only cover getting it in your eyes, or reaction with jewellery or hair dye. I have never had a problem with it though.
