Now into its third year, Are You Men's Health Enough? 2009 is an islandwide search for a role model who embodies the Men’s Health ideal: He is a guy who works and plays hard, leads a well-balanced and active life, and has overcome personal obstacles to achieve success in his own right.
10 such finalists have been shortlisted for their backgrounds and inspiring life stories. These contenders will participate in physically and mentally challenging activities over a span of six months. It is a challenge not necessarily against peers but a challenge against oneself. They get to pick up new skills and knowledge from various sports and workshops that they normally do not find the time or opportunity for. The search culminates in a Grand Finals party in July 2009, where the winner is revealed, with results based on the Men's Health judging panel (50%) and readers' votes (50%).
