What can I eat to increase my sperm count?

Try foods that are high in zinc. Aim for a recommended daily allowance of 11mg of zinc a day – it’s abundant in oysters, shellfish and beef. However, for vegetarians, you can try pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, brown rice, peanuts and raisins.
