Q:
Is it true that men can't multitask?

Perhaps not as well as women, and it could be evolutionary. While women, in their traditional roles, had to look after the children and the household, men had to stay focused in order to hunt and gather food. Structurally, the corpus callosum – the part of the brain that facilitates communication between the two hemispheres – is up to 30 per cent more developed in women. This suggests that information “flows” more readily across the different parts of their brains, allowing them to focus better on more than one thing at a time.
