Q:
Is it ok to "starve" the next day to compensate for gorging on a meal?

It’s a good idea to always maintain a “balance” and not venture to either end of the spectrum – that is, to gorge or to starve yourself. But if you have already stuffed yourself, then the next day’s meals should ideally be light: more fruits (cocktails don’t count!), vegetables, raw salads and soups. Leave out fatty foods and alcohol. This way, you don’t stress your digestive system and give it enough time to recover.
