Q:
I used to smoke, which damaged my skin. How do I reverse this?

Congratulations on kicking the habit. Men who smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day suffer from various complexion problems, especially dark circles or bags under the eyes. Smoking dehydrates the skin and also inhibits the absorption of nutrients that are essential to skin renewal. Incorporate a vitamin C-enriched moisturiser (choose a non-greasy formula if your skin is oily) to your skincare to aid in repairing your skin and to give it a moisture boost.
