<< My girlfriend's best friends hate my guts, and vice versa. How important is it to her that we all get along?

My penis curves to the left. Should I masturbate with my other hand? >>

Q:
I seem to hate everyone and everything I see these days. Is this normal?

No. Animosity can be a sign of depression. Depression often causes irritation and a chronic sense of negativity, not just sadness. Injuries to the left side of the brain can also cause animosity. Either way, you should see a doctor — both depression and injury are treatable.

This buildup of emotion causes some people to lash out irrationally. Simply talking back to your negative thoughts or writing them down might get them out of your head. It's important to fix this, because negativity not only robs you of joy but also takes years off your life.
