Ask Men's Health

I have a tired look. What can I do to prevent this?

Fatigue, lack of sleep and stress will cause your skin to lose moisture, which makes it sag. To restore skin elasticity and firmness, use a lightweight anti-fatigue or anti-stress moisturiser. Use one with an antioxidant-infused gel, which also defends your skin against pollution. Finally, go to bed earlier every night.
