Q:
I have a lot of black in my wardrobe. Can I wear it with bright colours?

A black jacket with a purple shirt and black pants can make the entire outfit look very sleek. Bright colours add life to the usual monochrome look. So yes, you can definitely wear black with bright colours for contrast. Black matches well with anything and helps to cover up figure flaws.

It’s also the safest colour to wear at corporate functions. Black works well with bright shades of red, blue, purple and green. It makes lighter colours like yellow really “pop” and creates a distinctive look. You just need to check which colour tones work well for you before matching your black apparel with them. Go ahead and explore.
