Q:
How can I make treadmill workouts more interesting?

Try treadmill intervals. After warming up, begin the set by jogging at 8km/h for 60 seconds. Then increase the speed to 12km/h or 15km/h for 30 seconds, after which you can bring the speed back to 8km/h for another 60 seconds. Repeat for 15 minutes – make it harder by lowering the jog time and increasing the sprint time.
