Q:
How can I improve my standing broad jump technique?

Work on your biceps: while its your legs that get you airborne, it’s your arms that take you higher. German researchers report that your
arm swing may play a bigger role in vertical elevation than quickly dipping your hips and knees before take-off aka the counter-movement. They concluded that performing the counter-movement with the added arm pump proved most effective.

HAHAHA tht is so easy !!!

orhhhh....

Arm swing is correct but Biceps is incorrect. The muscles that you want to work in the arm swing are the anterior deltoids and the clavicular portion of the pec major. That means incline presses and shoulder presses.

What he (Coach Jonathan Wong) said then...

YOU'RE ALL WRONG! It's allways gonna be your love muscle

Men's health is fucking bullshit. They just say some random useless excercise and ametuers will follow.

Cool story bro.
