Q:
Do instant noodles cause cancer?

advertisement

Studies on whether such noodles are carcinogenic haven’t been conclusive. But that’s no excuse to binge on them. They are high in calories, fats and sodium. Also, they are dried through deep-frying in hydrogenated oils, raising the risk of obesity and heart disease in people who eat them all the time.
