Are tablets meant to replace laptops?

Probably not, as not everything will work well on a touch screen tablet. For instance, typing a lengthy document would be easier with a physical keyboard. Tablets aren’t here to replace, but rather to complement.

yeah i used them breofe. i used them once a few weeks breofe the marathon and they seem to have made me tired. I didn't think it was the gel packs at that time. but then i took some during the marathon and it really messed up my performance. I would say check out how they work for you multiple times breofe deciding if you should use them during a marathon. good luck!
